This 5 oz homemade burger is topped with chippers, lettuce, tomato and homemade pickle chutney and is definitely a hole in one.

This burger features 2 deboned chicken thighs in a spiced-up signature chicken coating with spicy mayonnaise, oh snap! spicy pickles, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce serve on a brioche bun.

This burger is a 50/50 pork n beef patty with back bacon, candied onions, pickles, house honey mustard, secret recipe seasoning, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese, all tucked inside a kaiser bun.

This is a 4oz hand pressed ground chuck patty, complete with 1 smoked hotdog, in house made coney island sauce, American cheese, shredded lettuce, buttered and grilled brioche bun, mayo & mustard and diced onion & pickle.

I’ll Take a Second One to Go
This burger features a steak spiced ground chuck, layered maple pepper crusted back bacon, caramelized mushroom and onion grainy Dijon confit, Bothwell 2 year aged cheddar wedge, cherry tomato jam, citrus aioli and a quick pickle.

Double It Up Smash Burger
Two 3oz all beef (seasoned and no fillers) patties, double the bacon, 4 slices of cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and homemade burger sauce on a grilled bun.

Big Bad Wolf
Presenting a garlic pork patty and bacon on a lard, dill and cottage cheese bun with sweet and tangy house sauce and fresh garden veggies.
About the Burger Trail
The Winnipeg River Burger Trail is a partnership with the Lac du Bonnet & District Chamber of Commerce, local municipal governments and community development organizations to promote the restaurants in the Winnipeg River area. The Winnipeg River Burger Trail highlights participating restaurants in the area and promotes our communities to residents and visitors.
The Winnipeg River Burger Trail will take place over a two week period from August 23rd to September 6th, 2023. Restaurants in the area will be invited to create an original burger of their choice, and guests will be encouraged to visit as many places as they can and vote for their favourite burger.
